HealthMi Gateway Platform
Multilingual digital platform: co-creation of online information provider of both training content and basic knowledge materials linked to healthcare. This gateway will be structured as interactive tool for the networking of both targets.
HealthMi Project
HealthMi aims to foster respect and understanding for diversity in Health, intercultural and civic competences, but also it will enable health values and citizenship within the EU in order also to understand the educational needs of migrants regarding the healthcare system better.
HealthMi Project includes the development of innovative tools and models locally and transnationally for in order to facilitate migrants access to healthcare services and systems by reducing and facing any obstacles and problems occurred during their arrival but also the current pandemic of Covid-19.
Health-Learning
Double training Program on Healthcare accessibility: organization of two twin training programs. On the one hand, healthcare professionals will be trained to efficiently addressing quality information and support to migrants, concerning their psycho-social wellbeing. On the other hand, the hybrid curriculum for migrants will provide basic knowledge and materials for an easy access to local healthcare services.
Health-Code
Health literacy methodology: context analysis and best practices’ mapping phase aimed at raising awareness on migrants’ accessibility obstacles to local healthcare services and systems.
